Hi, I’m Joy.
I’ve been in the Geotab space since May 2015, working as Chief Engineer for Fleet Nav Systems for 7.5 years before moving to AT&T in December 2022 to help out as a Fleet Solutions Consultant.
Here are some credentials to help you know I know what I’m talking about:
- I have been working with Geotab telematics since May 2015.
- I began training to understand the ELD mandate in 2017 well before the December 2017 deadline.
- I’ve built three full training courses on Geotab software, including one for ELD drivers that I recreated three times in order to keep the information current.
- I’ve been at the top of the Geotab Community leaderboard since around March 2020, accumulating points by helping customers with questions that they post publicly (you can see the link to my current profile with links to my old profiles here).
My goal is to make Geotab telematics as simple as possible.
Learning this stuff on your own takes a lot of time.
Helping companies set up their software, train their admins and drivers, and make sure they have the right reports going to the right people is something I’ve been doing for years. You can use my expertise to:
